Xterra - TR 6.8 Engineering mode and calibration  If you want to set the Speed and Distance to Metric or if there is a problem with the speed and you would like to perform the calibration procedure, use the Engineering Mode. To enter Engineering Mode press, and hold for 5 seconds, the Start and Speed UP keys while installing the safety key. All the segments will light then the message window will display software versions and tell you to press Enter. # The display will ask for grade return. This will reset the incline to zero, when set to ON, when you stop a program. # The message window will now be showing the setting for English (miles) or Metric (Kilometers) Use the UP/DOWN keys to select and press Enter # The message window will ask to adjust the wheel size for calibration. Enter 63. # The display will show a number for the lowest speed setting (for miles the number should be 0.5). Press and hold the START, ENTER, and STOP buttons until display beeps. 2. “ENGINEERING MODE” will scroll across the screen, press ENTER. 3. trix E 5 X Manager Mode The Manager's Custom Mode allows the club owner to customize the Elliptical Trainer for the club. 1) To enter Manager Mode, press and hold down the UP and DOWN LEVEL keys. Continue to hold down these two keys until the display reads Manager Mode and hit ENTER. 2) To scroll through the list of options in Manager Mode, use the UP and DOWN LEVEL keys. Each of the custom settings will show on the display. 3) To select a custom setting, press the ENTER key when the desired setting is shown. 4) To change the value of the setting, use the UP and DOWN LEVEL keys. 5) To confirm and save the value of the setting, press the ENTER key. 6) To exit the setting without saving, press the BACK key. 7) Press and hold the STOP key for 3-5 seconds to return to normal operation. Bladez ION 7.9 T  TROUBLESHOOTING  Tools need: Multimeter, phillips screwdriver, When unit turns on, no power on the console and on/off switch does not light up. 1. Check the wall AC outlet for power, please make sure to switch multimeter to read AC output before proceeding to plug probes to the wall outlet as shown. It should read approximately 120-130V. If you get zero or very low reading, you get a bad wall outlet. Otherwise, proceed to step 2. If you don’t have multimeter, plug any working appliance that you know to see whether the outlet is working fine. 2. If AC outlet is fine, then check on/off switch. Pull out the cables on the top of the on/off switch and place probes on the switch as shown to read the AC output. The reading should be around 120-130V. If there is none or very low reading, you get a faulty switch. Please call Bladez for on/off switch replacement part. Otherwise, proceed to step 3. Adventure 3 Plus MAINTENANCE TIPS Preventative maintenance is the key to smoothly operating equipment, as well as keeping the user’s liability to a minimum. Equipment needs to be inspected at regular intervals. Defective components must be replaced immediately. Improperly working equipment must be kept out of use until it is repaired. Ensure that any person(s) making adjustments or performing maintenance or repair of any kind is qualified to do so. AFTER EACH USE (DAILY) Clean and inspect, following these steps: # Turn off the treadmill with the ON / OFF switch, then unplug the power cord at the wall outlet. # Wipe down the running belt, deck, motor cover, and console casing with a damp cloth. Never use solvents, as they can cause damage to the treadmill. # Inspect the power cord. If the power cord is damaged, contact Customer Technical Support. # Make sure the power cord is not underneath the treadmill or in any other area where it can become pinched or cut. # Check the tension and al...

Keys fitness Treadmill TROUBLESHOOTING THE TREADMILL Treadmill will not start A. Make sure the power cord is plugged into a surge protector and that the surge protector is plugged into a properly grounded out let. Only use a UL-listed surge protector, rated at 15 amps, with a 14-gauge cord of five feet or less in length. B. Check the Safety Key to make sure it is properly installed. C. Check the circuit breaker located on front of the treadmill. If the switch protrudes, it has tripped. Wait five minutes then press the switch back in. D. Check the house circuit breaker to make sure it has not tripped and reset of replace. E. Recalibrate the treadmill. F. Have a qualified electrician check for inadequate voltage at the outlet.
